Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy

For the relief of Chronic pain conditions i.e. Back pain, sciatica, neck pain, whiplash, migraines, frozen shoulder, sports injuries, knee pain, ligament and tendon issues. As well as systemic conditions like fibromyalgia, myofascial pain syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis and plantar fasciitis.

All these conditions and more can be helped using The Jing Method™, This is a partnership between patient and practitioner where a six session treatment plan is designed to increase your mobility, agility, and joint range of motion (ROM), whilst focusing on decreasing your daily pain.  A video consultation must be carried out once your booking has been made.


Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Relaxing Massage with the intention to relax the soft tissues, increase delivery of blood and oxygen to the massaged areas, warm them, and help the body to relax.

In a typical massage therapy session, we will discuss symptoms, medical history and the desired results. Oil or powder help reduce friction on the skin and I use a range of techniques to ease the muscles, this massage may be found to bring relief from everyday aches, reduce stress, increase relaxation, address feelings of anxiety and tension, and aid general wellness. It can also be used in support of other therapies to assist in the rehabilitation of muscular injuries.  A video consultation must be carried out once your booking has been made.

Aromatherapy uses selected essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils) to assist the body achieve the desired outcome.  These oils specifically prescribed for you, they will be diluted in massage oil or lotion.

During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin. They are thought to promote beneficial changes in your mind and body by affecting the limbic system, a region of the brain known to be involved in emotion, each oil has specific properties that may assist with pain relief and calming.

Guided Meditation

Guided meditation is the key that unlocks the potential of the mind, body, heart and soul.

As a therapeutic tool, it uses verbal directions to access and open the imagination.  It is non-clinical, non-religious, scientifically validated, universally applicable transformational opportunities brought about by using the power of imagination to address a specific need, purpose or outcome.  An effective guided meditation uses a series of images to guide, enable and enrich personal discovery, healing and life enrichment,  this work draws on the understanding that the mind and body are connected.

Learn self-care online from your own home to take control of the low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, sporting injuries and many more common problems using stretching, breathing exercises, self-trigger point therapy and self-massage. The therapeutic alliance brings a sense of collaboration between therapist and client.  With information and education, the client begins to understand the pain condition which results in Jointly setting achievable health goals however small to enable the client to take control.
